@Bushido1 yeah, like I said, they have been generous in handling cases. If you want to know why I said what I did extra from my personal note though, it would be because of the below. I have seen all of these posts made lately.
In dealing with some of this, I’ve had talks with people who admitted they used the free trial and thought they were going to game the system into getting an extra trial. But it’s one trial per account. When they rushed through and didn’t pay attention to what it said, they thought they were signing up for another trial but it clearly said they would be charged. This has been fairly common in talking to people, though there have been other situations of people sharing the device with someone else who signed up and didn’t tell them. Or times of people just sincerely forgetting to cancel.
It’s just sad because it’s not a bug or error, it’s just people not paying attention or simply trying to “game the system.”
