I’m writing regarding a Brave VPN subscription that I activated through Google Play. My ticket no. Is 363945
I accidentally started the 7-day free trial and canceled it almost immediately. However, I was still charged ₹990 within seconds of starting the trial, which was unexpected for a free trial.
I did not intend to continue the subscription and canceled it right away. I also contacted Google Play, but they declined my refund request and advised me to contact you directly.This situation has been very frustrating. I have lost my entire faith in brave company how can someone be so misleading and charge money by deceiveing it’s customer. I have never had such a horrible experience from any app. That 990 rs are very important for me as I am student only. Kindly refund my money and restore my faith in brave. I have money problem kindly refund.
