I want the refund because my money is directly deducted without starting the trial version

My name is Rakesh Kumar with email address of Rakesh.yadav1018@gmail.com .

I want to check out your brave vpn service. So I applied for trial version of your vpn service. Which take me to the payment mode by Google pay to confirm the transaction. I entered my pin for the approval to start the trial version. But my payment is directly deducted without starting the trial period. My transaction id is GPA.3338-6456-1954-43076 and dated 10/07/2025.I also attaching the screenshot for your reference of the same. I just want to start the trial period but ₹6500 is deducted directly from my account. So please cancel my subscription and refund my money as soon as possible. I will be thankful to you.

I already contacted the Google support team and they told me to connect with you directly.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
