I would like to ask for assistance on refunding my accidental purchase on the VPN yearly subscription.
I unsubscribe on time after the trial period and was charged the full year with the past few days. Tried putting in a ticket but support links are not working.
I did not use the product much, only for testing its effectivity. It was effective but I don’t need the service right now.
I would greatly appreciate help from the Brave Support Team for processing the refund.
