I Recently Purchased the Annual VPN Plan For Brave Browser By Mistake, I have already canceled the subscription from my end and I do not active the subscription, and please Request you to kindly help me with the refund.

How can this issue be reproduced?
It shows 7 days free trail but instead of autopay it debited the full amount

From Google side they said is this purchase doesn’t qualify for a refund under there refund policy
Someone from Brave will take a look if you created a support ticket via Brave, which I’m assuming you did and is the ticket you responded.
Google said what? In Google Play it usually needs to go through Google to get the refund. And they have had so many people trying to abuse things, that they are holding people to things except where they legally can’t.
If they said they are processing the refund, then there’s nothing more to do.
That said, I just personally want to address something:
This isn’t true. It advertises you can get the trial but it also showed you in detail before you finalized purchase. If you already used the trial before then it wouldn’t have been available for use. It very clearly details the exact payment amount, when it’s due, etc. before you hit the final acceptance.
For some reason people like to slip in little lies as if it’s going to suddenly shift their request. You make it sound like it said it’s free but then charged you. But that’s not the case at all.
Just to kind of show proof.
First off, you had a choice between monthly and yearly. You chose annual. Circled part is just what I showed someone else before, but also to point out it renews automatically unless canceled
The next part is what I said, the confirmation with exact dates and payment amounts. This one shows what it would be like if you did have the trial. But regardless, you see where it mentions the days, right?
For you to be charged, it means you either did not cancel before the date they mentioned or you had already used the trial and they immediately showed you the main price and you had to pay it.
Also should note that you never should choose an “annual” for free trial when a monthly option is there. That way if you do forget to cancel, you’re not hit for the much bigger amount.

Yeah I acknowledge that. I trail it once then I cancelled it. 7days it works. but after 10days it still shows 7days free trail for 1 year annual purchase so I clicked at first it generated an autopay and then it cancelled. Some time after it deducted full amount. I am genuinely regretting that I am being very careless. I am a student so I learning things. Please help me with this purchase.
Keep in mind we just had Christmas, New Years, and other holidays. Many people were/are on vacation. So there may be small delays in responses. All contact would be via the email where the ticket is related. They generally won’t help here due to personal information needed.
I am writing to follow up on the refund for request (346066). Although I was informed that a refund had been processed, it appears the transaction has failed or has not yet reflected in my account as expected.
Could you please look into this and provide an update on the status of my refund?
