Refund of my subscription

I’ve accidentally purchased a one year subscription of brave vpn but when I was making payment it was showing 7 days free trial but after that it charged 6500/- instantly from my bank account I’ve raised a ticket assigned against my that problem that’s ticket number 363254 it was very my urgent money I’ve not used any and already cancelled the subscription and uninstalled it. Please any one help me from this situation I want my money back I mailed them within an hour. But still not replying any please someone please help me with this…

I’ve already done sir my ticket number is 363254… please help me please request and assist me with this problem I’ve instantly cancelled my subscription immediately and terminate my all the tasks from browser…

They’re showing like this but I can’t cancel from google play it’s showing can’t meet our refund policy… so I want for seeking help it’s my urgent money..
