Some AI models unavailable in Leo - network issue connecting

Hi,

Leo AI doesn’t work on my computer when I select the Claude Sonnet/Opus model—it shows information about a connection problem.

When I select a different model, the chat works fine.

Is there a global problem with these models, or have I hit some kind of limit?

Hmm strange, it works for me and it doesn’t seem like a rate limiting issue. Might be an issue with Bedrock? (Qwen 30B is hosted by us). Can you try the other models in the list and let me know which ones work and which ones return an error

Hmm seems like it’s all the premium models, but that’s not the usual error that pops up for free users so I’m assuming you do have premium and it’s just throwing this error?

If you click ‘manage subscription’ and log in does Leo show up as ‘Credentials Loaded’?

It was displayed during Leo AI Premium, but when I went to my account settings, I had to click “Refresh.” At first, the button didn’t work, but after clearing my cookies and deleting my browsing data, it worked.

Perhaps you could consider adding a special message, e.g., “There was a problem verifying your Premium account. Please check your account settings.” → Such a message would be helpful in the future. :slightly_smiling_face:
