Hi. I am a new premium subscriber and asked Claude Sonnet to help me write an app. Have I exceeded some kind of rate limit because it cut me off mid-conversation and now all I see is “There was a network issue connecting to Leo, check your connection and try again.” It’s not a network connection issue, as I can access every other model on Leo, just not Claude. I cannot even start a new conversation with Claude, I get the same error, but I can converse with other agents. Is there a way to see if I’ve exceeded whatever limits are being imposed? Thanks.
Well, it kind of works, kind of doesn’t with other models, mainly the premium ones…I’ll be patient and wait it out a while, it could be a lot of nerds like me coding on a Friday night…![]()
Thanks. I had seen your earlier post and tried that, but what I see didn’t match up with your screenshot; even so I performed those steps and was still getting off and on network problems…it seems OK now, but I haven’t taxed it today. In short, I’m not sure it was a credentials problem, I think there was just a lot of traffic (either between me and servers, or between servers and the AIs).

Does it work if you try after a few hours? Does it show the message after starting a new conversation as well?
Maybe? Not sure what happened to fix it, it’s been working fine ever since, but I also haven’t been heavily using it.
