Hello,
I need your help to obtain a refund for the annual VPN subscription I purchased by mistake, as Google did not take my cancellation into account before the end of the trial period and is refusing to issue a refund.
I can’t even open a ticket to get a ticket number because I don’t have an email with my Brave Premium number, as I didn’t even have to create an account. I then created an account to link it to my Google Play Store purchase, but I get an error message.
Please help me get a refund because I am in a really difficult situation and this amount means a lot to me and is causing me serious financial problems.
EDIT : I just open a ticket with default number as suggested by a brave member ID : 336756.
