Requesting Refund request for accidental purchase

Description of the issue:

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Accidentally purchased an annual subscription of VPN through Google Play. It was automatically redirected to be deducted in a money mobile app called GCASH. I have tried to request a refund from Google Play, but they did not grant the request

  2. I cancelled the subscription after the deduction made

Expected result: Refund my payment

This is from Google Play Philippines, accidental purchased happened at February 27, 2026 11:42:53 PM GMT+8. I have already sent an email, one directly to suspensions, second using the form.

I just want it to be refunded. I cannot afford to pay for the premium yearly subscription.
