I’ve tried but the invoice i have says invalid is no idea where to get it from as the only one I have is on the PayPal receipt which doesn’t work. Also can’t find it in the logins on the browser either

@Tristo I’m going to respond to some different parts, just to be informational.

You have to cancel before in order to not be charged. If you waited until after then that’s typically “too late.”

Just a FYI in case you ever do subscription stuff in the future, 99% of places let you cancel the subscription at any time and it still remains active through the trial period. It just lets you make sure to get it done so you won’t be charged. It would be good for you to consider that for anything in the future.

You sure you’re looking at it right? I’m guessing it’s showing for next year, but you were seeing just the month without noticing it say 2026. If it charged you for the yearly then canceling the subscription would just be canceling for future charges. You’d still have access to the year you paid.

Typically purchases done through Google Play needs to be done through Google Play. Though there have been a lot of people abusing things to try to get extra time on premium services, so they have gotten a bit stricter on things and Google hasn’t been as willing to refund people.

Invoice would be for people who bought it from desktop, through account.brave.com but since you didn’t buy it there, then it means you won’t have one.

If you look, you’ll notice it’s not a required field, there’s no asterisk. So leave it blank if you don’t have one. Or if you feel the need to type in something, put in the sample number.

In the above, notice how the email address has a red asterisk/star next to it? That means it’s required. But the invoice doesn’t have that. Always a good thing to carefully look at things like that.
