Title: Small white line at the top of the screen in fullscreen video (YouTube) – Brave only
Description of the issue:
When I watch a video in fullscreen mode, there is a very small white line visible at the very top of the screen. It only happens when using Brave. The same videos do not show this issue in other browsers.
Steps to reproduce:

Open Brave browser

Go to YouTube (or another video website)

Play any video

Enter fullscreen mode
Actual result:
A thin white line appears at the very top of the screen during fullscreen playback.
Expected result:
The video should fully fill the screen with no white line or border at the top.
Reproduces how often:
Every time I enter fullscreen.
Additional information:

This only happens in Brave, I only tested google chrome and didn’t see it.

It does not happen in other browsers on the same system

The white line appears only at the top edge of the screen while the video is fullscreen
