Hello everyone,
There is an annoying white line (probably remnant of the toolbar) that keeps appearing when I full screen a video in Brave. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Same here. And it happens when you full screen the browser in general.

### Description
at the top of the screen when in full screen of a video on yout… ube, twitter and reddit there is a line that goes across the top of the video horizontally, in normal tabs its grey but would be white or whatever if your not using dark mode and in private tabs its a purple line. Not sure about other video sites, havent looked yet.
Only starting noticing it after the recent update and its fairly annoying, especially as i watch lots of youtube in full screen.
### Steps to reproduce
1. open a twitter or reddit video, go full screen and look at the top of the screen and see a thin line from one end to the other.
2. open in a private tab and the line is more visible.

Not sure if its visible in the screenshots but its easy to test and see.

expected result is like going full screen on a video and not seeing a line across the top of the screen.
