I’m not entirely sure when it was implemented as I’ve been in the process of moving and hadn’t touched my desktop in like 3 months. but I noticed last night that there was a split tab feature. This feature could be fine, the problem is that the way I noticed it was because I went to open a new tab for an unrelated topic and was unceremoniously split screen. I think its frustrating to me and many other users to have the order of the new tab entries in the right click menu be circumvented by a new feature because its muscle memory to use the new tab entry on the menu. I think that the new feature should be moved down to the bottom of the right click menu until its found a place that is workable for most users. Or there should be an option in the settings to remove this feature, not using a flag to remove it.
You can disable it by flags as several others and I have already done. But you should never have to manually disable a feature on your computer because it was introduced without your acceptance.
