New Split View shortcut

I see there are three split view shortcuts in the Settings I can add:

  1. New Split View
  2. Open in Split View
  3. Unsplit Tabs.

But those shortcuts don’t do anything. What are those shortcuts then?

I saw this today too. According to this post, it’s a feature available in the nightly build but hasn’t made it to the release build yet.
