I was trying the Brave VPN trial for 7 days and I forgot to unsubscribe.
Now on September 14, I was charged 5,600php for annual that I really don’t really remember agreeing this option. I immediately submitted a refund request on google play store, but it was denied they advised me to contact the developer directly.
Can someone help me step by step on how to request a refund?
Can take time. Especially since it’s the weekend. They tend to be off on weekends and American holidays. And as with many businesses, it’s not unusual for responses to take like 3-5 business days, give or take.
Don’t forget, Monday is also a holiday here in America, though not sure if one all businesses observe (most of the ones I worked for didn’t but some did).
Yes. Brave takes a look at things on a case by case basis. They often go out of their way to help users. If they see the request was made in a reasonable timeframe and it doesn’t seem to be someone attempting to “game the system,” I think they do what they can.
