**Description of the issue:

Some websites (e.g. elitepvpers.com) show a white page (title: “Just a moment…”) when they turn on Cloudflares under attack ddos protection (the one where you need to solve the turnstile captcha). This is getting more and more frustrating.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
- visit affected sites (not any site is affected) when they have under attack enabled

Expected result:
The actual page with the cloudflare turnstile captcha.
Reproduces how often:
every time while the under attack mode (or brave shields) is active
