i can’t upload atachments
Hello @Goran1312 - I’m sorry to hear of some troubles encountered when trying to utilize your Leo subscription. In order to troubleshoot, could I please have you perform the following steps (in order) in your desktop/laptop Brave browser?
Check for browser updates/Fully restart the browser:
In Brave browser:

Click on the three horizontal bars in the top-right corner.

Hover over
Help, then selectAbout Braveand ensure your browser is fully up-to-date. If it is not, allow it to download the latest update and relaunch. -
If you are already using the latest version of the browser, simply fully quit the browser, then relaunch.

Once your browser has re-launched, please sign in at https://account.brave.com/ and refresh your Premium subscription (if the option presents).

Test if your subscription works as intended.
Clear your browser cache/cookies:

Open Brave Browser and click on the three horizontal lines in the top right corner.

Select
Settingsfrom the main menu. -
In the settings menu, go to
Privacy and Securityand click onDelete browsing data. -
Check the
Cached images and filesandCookies and other site databoxes. Then, choose the time range for which you want to clear the cache and cookies. If you do not wish to clear all your browsing data, you can select a shorter time frame. If you don’t mind losing this data and want to clear everything, selectAll time. -
Click on the
Clear databutton and wait for the process to complete. -
Once done, close and relaunch the browser, then please sign in at https://account.brave.com/ and refresh your Premium subscription (if the option presents).

Test if your subscription works as intended.
