Good afternoon! I need help connecting my Solana account from the Brave Wallet to Brave Rewards.
I’ve been trying to link my account for months, but I always get an “unexplained error” message. I already reset my Rewards settings and tried again, but the same error keeps appearing.
My Solana account has funds, and it had been successfully linked before. However, after the latest update, it stopped working and I haven’t been able to reconnect it.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
What Operating System and Brave version are you using? (Brave 1.84.141, Chromium 142.0.7444.176/ Android 15; Build/AP3A.240905.015.A2_SC)
Who is your verified custodian or self-custody? Brave wallet, solana account
@juchin have you connected like 3 different times? If so, that’s probably your issue. Currently they have Solana limited to 3 Rewards profiles per BAT account. So if you have done 3 different times, you’ll need to do another Solana wallet account.
Hello… Unfortunately, I had to create a new Solana account and pay the activation fee again.
So are you telling me that every time there’s an update or I clear my browser for any reason, I’ll have to keep creating new Solana accounts and paying the fees again?
