Brave rewards to existing solana account

Hi there,

Apologies, I’m sure this question has been answered before, but I haven’t been able to find the solution.

I have a Brave Wallet on my PC with a Solana account, and I want to link my smartphone rewards to it. Here is what I’ve done so far, but it’s not working:

  1. Reset Brave Rewards.

  2. Click “Connect to account.”

  3. “Select Solana wallet to connect.”

  4. Select Existing wallet.

  5. Insert the 12 words (recovery phrase).

  6. Insert the same password as my PC wallet.

  7. Receive the message “It’s done.”

  8. It sends me back to step 3, over and over again (an infinite loop).

What am I doing wrong?
