brave browser stopped download magnet/torrent files, how to fix that?

How do I fix this. I want Brave to be the default on this.

Built-in Webtorrent functionality was removed in the latest browser update:

Verify download and magnet links don't work anymore ## Description This is a follow up to https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/44303 (which was solved with https://github.com/brave/brave-core/pull/27876). The goal here is to DISABLE WebTorrent in GN so that none of the code for WebTorrent is compiled into Brave anymore. There are likely places which were missed (not wrapped with `ENABLE_BRAVE_WEBTORRENT`). We'll need to clean those up too. And then formally deprecate the preference (`kWebTorrentEnabled`).
