I hope some one can help me here but i have tried to find out what I’m missing here but my problem is that i can’t find the option to enable Webtorrent’s which in this post : Horrible Browser clearly shows with screenshots etc where it is.
Problem is that i have the same issue as the OP from my linked post and i do not have all these options under Extension as shown.
I have tried what they suggest in the post with the zoom, without a solution.
I tried with 2 other pc’s and the same result is that they are missing.
In all 3 they are version 1.81.131
And i have tried to google a solution and all sites on reddit etc are just writing that the setting is under extension.
So i hope some one can help me and tell what I’m missing here.
It says they discontinued the webtorrent because of lack of users and maintaining it is hard to keep. Removal of WebTorrent with 1.81 release It shame because I been using it since I download the Brave browser 5 yrs ago. Any solution or replacement? I been looking for torrent extension and could find one that similar. There is one extension but they also remove recently, it feels like they been planning to reg off it.
Right there with you! I’ve used it ever since i started using brave years ago. Went to download something today and it wasn’t working. My search lead me here which has lead to my heart ache…now to download another program to do something another once did.
