Description of the issue: Youtube is video is not loading in v1.83.118

Exact URL of the website in question:

Screenshot of the ad as it appears in Brave: no ads, video does not load at black screen

Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no) yes

Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off? no

Does the ad appear when using a Private window as well? (yes/no) loads after 2 minutes

What OS are you using when you see the ad? Windows 10

**Brave version (check About Brave):**v1.83.118

I have similar problem,
but it does not work for me to be in just private mode,
I need to turn off Shields in private mode also.

I use Manjaro Linux with Brave 1.83.112.

Came here for this and the new tab in group button swap. YouTube isn’t playing nice anymore. Dang it.

Oh, I’m on brave android mobile.

Update: YouTube mysteriously working now on brave android mobile. New tab group button swap thing still annoying.

I have the same problem in version 1.83.118 on Windows 11,
It happens on every video and it blocks saying there is some unexpected error.
I tried to turn off the shield and all worked as it should be and when i turned the shield on again Youtube was slow at start but now it works all fine, i guess it’s a Youtube error when it tries to load an Ad in the video (not sure)

This fixed itself while I was adding this comment and checking videos in old tabs!

For me, the problem didn’t start immediately after the upgrade, and youtube tabs which I had opened prior to this issue were playing as normal. It looks to be all fine now though.
