I’ve been having this problem for about two weeks. When I try to watch any video on YouTube, I get this ad. At first, I thought it was because of the extensions I had, so I deleted them all, but it still didn’t work. The only thing that fixed it (temporarily) was clearing my browsing data. The problem with this is that, first, it logs me out of all websites. Second, YouTube only stayed working until I turned off the PC. When I stopped using it and then turned it back on, the same damn problem persisted. I’ve searched for other solutions on forums and Discord channels, but I still haven’t found anything that works permanently.
