I am writing to request urgent help regarding an accidental auto-renewal for the Brave VPN service that was billed through Google Play on April 19.
I intended to cancel my 7-day free trial because the service did not meet my needs, but I unfortunately forgot to cancel before the deadline. I was unexpectedly charged Rs 28,700 for a full annual subscription. I have not been actively using the premium features since the charge occurred, and I am requesting a courtesy refund for this accidental renewal.
To ensure no future charges occur, I have already gone into my Google Play settings and officially clicked “Cancel Subscription.”
