This is definitely a recurring thing.
Happens roughly once per month I would say, maybe every two. I’m also fairly sure it happens after a Brave update (but not necessarily after every update) and a following restart of the PC.
Only one profile, and that is on Linux, EndeavourOS.
I have to say, that’s not an issue that ever happened to me before I switched to Brave, and it has happened several times already, so I’m about 99% sure the issue here lies somewhere within Brave.
Nothing else seems to get wiped for me, though: Only passwords and sync.
History and settings seem fully intact.
