This is a big one, I’m new to the community so go easy on me… I’d like to see Brave adopt the new Liquid Glass design language (including the new iOS 26 keyboard) I don’t know if this is already in the works or not but I’m just doing my due diligence to request that Brave be updated to the new Liquid Glass design language. Great browser! Would love to see it evolve!
This is an Apple-specific design feature. You should be able to display Brave’s icon with the liquid glass theme.
Thanks for the reply man! So I wasn’t necessarily inquiring about the icon theme, I was talking about the entire browser interface, look and feel. Third party apps are able to adopt the new design language, hence why I suggested this. I understand design change is a bit controversial especially with Apple’s recent redesign of iOS, but I still felt like I wanted to suggest this…
It’d mean some extensive UI modifications (which Brave likely doesn’t have the time and resources) to make Chromium UI look like Liquid Glass, so I’d reckon this is not planned. Sorry!
