The current flow when users know something’s broken (ads not blocked, broken visual, pop up/under scripts(?), etc) is users need to lower Shields to find the report button.
But that mean users get tracked, bombarded with more ads and scripts that previously blocked by Shields.
As a leading privacy focused browser, Brave should allow users to report with Shields UP.
