Move everything to the bottom of the screen

I don’t get why developers put buttons and controls (private tab) at the top of the screen, where the next step is at the bottom (new tab). Does anyone hold their phone with one hand and tap it with one finger on the other hand like an old geezer? I assume there’s at least some testing involved, right?

Recently the private tab switch was moved to the top. For what purpose?

Opening a private tab requires at least 2 cross-screen swipes of the finger

as for the actual request:

Move all of the controls down to where the keyboard is. That’s where most people keep their fingers.

Swap the "More" menu with the normal/private toggle in the tab-selection view

When on the tab-selection view in the iOS Brave app, the normal/private toggle used to be in the bottom left of the screen, where it was easily accessible. With the introduction of the “More” menu, the toggle has been moved to the top right, where it is harder to reach. Given that the “More” menu is hardly ever used, while switching between normal and private tabs is a frequent action, this placement is very awkward and makes navigating quite cumbersome.
