KDE Plasma Desktop-Scaling lets Brave act weird

Description of the issue: How can this issue be reproduced? Latest Nobara Updates (KDE Plasma and any Fedora should work) and Brave Version In KDE Plasma Display Configuration change the Scaling of a monitor Move Brave to this monitor Expected result: The window size of Brave is when maximized 1) not maximized but acts like it. This is still an issue! Even on gnome, any display scaling <100% results in large amounts of broken behaviour - the window cannot be properly maximised, continually resizes itself smaller, and renders everything as if the cursor was offset. Completely makes the browser useless.
