Kubuntu Brave tabs scaling not working correctly

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Install Kubuntu

  2. Open Brave

  3. Switch between opening from taskbar, file, or new window/private window

Expected result: The scaling between the openings of Brave is broken, and doesn’t seem to inherit settings/sessions in Brave.

Brave Version( check About Brave): v 1.83.120

Monitor is 2560x1440p

Just installed Kubuntu, setting it up with all my usual apps and data, but Brave’s scaling or iterations of the app seems to switch up intermittently. I installed Brave from the curl script initially but after getting this issue I uninstalled and downloaded the Snap from Discover, only to find the same issue. I did not have the same issue when I was running Ubuntu.
