iPhone 17, iOS 26.1, Brave 1.83
Often the horizontal bar at the bottom (containing the search bar and the shield and rewards icons) disappears completely leaving just blank space. This glitch carries across tabs when it occurs and resolves when I close Brave completely and reopen.

That is very interesting to hear you say that because I’ve seen that this weird issue has been happening with a bunch of android users, but…
I do notice you said your Brave is 1.83, which is understandable, but there was actually an update just today (I think for ALL Brave versions too) so I’d encourage you to update to
Version 1.84 (140)
BraveCore 1.84.140 (142.0.7444.163)
as a starting point.
and come back and let us know if it’s still happening with this new version

Github is closed and fix should arrive in 1.85. Not sure exact ETA for that update
That’s assuming that this isn’t just the standard behavior where automatically hides when you scroll down and then reappears when you scroll back up or whatever
Ah haha, ok, hard to miss the issue I pointed out (I wasn’t entirely sure but thought it was close enough to consider) but missed that one, fair enough, thanks for that
