Description of the issue:My screen has a bar at the bottom below the five buttons at the bottom of my screen. I have no idea how it got there but I can’t seem to get rid of it. It stays for everything, even full screen stuff like a YouTube video.
@zs141 what you’re showing is a Chromium issue. There are tons of open topics on it. Logn story short, people first started noticing it just on Samsung, but now people on other phones are noticing.
I think it’s related to gestures. You are using gestures or whatever rather than normal navigation buttons, right? So the space usually used for the navigation buttons remains even though it’s not there.
Just have to wait for it to be fixed, which likely is going to happen in upstream code through Chromium.
Yeah I’ve never had my buttons there, but thanks for the info. It’s probably an android issue in general then too, cause I’m not on a Samsung device. Hope it gets patched soon
@zs141 oh, I did forget to mention. For people on some phones, going to brave://flags on Brave or chrome://flags on Chrome and setting edgetoedgeeverywhere to Disabled does fix it for some. Not for Samsung, but many others see it resolved with that. lol
