Fix to Brave crashing after CTRL+V

Description of the issue: Brave crashes when pressing CTRL+V to paste text.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get text to the clipboard by using CTRL+C (Does not make the browser crash

2. Select a text box or the omnibar.

3. Paste the text by using CTRL+V

Actual Result: Browser shutdown.

Expected result: Paste the text flawlessly.

Reproduces how often: Always when pasting.

Operating System and Brave Version: Windows 10 Pro,Brave 1.85.118 (Official Build) (64-bit), Chromium: 143.0.7499.169

Additional Information: Does not happen when using CTRL+SHIFT+V

The fix found:**

Remove the Paste shortcut entirely. (Can still paste text)
