Can't connect my brave wallet to my account

I want to connect my brave wallet to my account.
I choose my solana adress, confirmed the TOS but when i try to sign the transaction in my brave wallet I get this error:

Is there a discord server for brave or where can I report this bug?

@anon452 you posted end of day Thursday, so kind of close to the weekend. Bumping on the weekend does you no good as support generally isn’t active at that time. And as much as I try to help people as a fellow user, I am in Florida and hurricane knocked out electricity and internet, so I was AWOL.

I experienced similar issues with Metamask if I didn’t gave the read/write permissions for all websites

Hi @anon452, did you see the Solana invitation notification appear in your UI? Or did you manually navigate to the Solana <> Rewards connection page without seeing the Solana invitation appear in your UI?


This is what I see when i open a new tab and I tried to connect my account with the wallet since Gemini is not available in Germany ind Uphold is meh so I tried the recommended brave wallet

Thanks. So it sounds and appears that your Rewards profile is already linked with your Uphold account. However, it for some reason is not showing your Uphold account connected there. Did you by any chance copy your Rewards profile over from one browser to another, for example?

I think I had different devices and all connected to one uphold account.
I transferred most assets out of uphold so I’d rather use Brave Wallet

Yes, it’s normal to have multiple devices connected to your Uphold account. However, in this case, this specific Brave profile was already connected to your Uphold account.
Strangely, it’s not showing your Uphold account in the UI for some reason, which is why I was asking about whether you did manually did some copy/pasting with your Brave profiles, etc.

In any case, when you try to and connect your Solana address, there’s an error because of the conflict!

You can fix it by resetting your Rewards profile, and then sending @Evan123 or me your new Rewards Payment ID which you can find on brave://rewards-internals.

I reseted my rewards profile but now I can’t see the Brave Wallet option anymore

it works now , had to reset brave rewards profile and restart the browser. thanks guys!
