Description of the issue:
Bug in context menu close tab. Instead closing the the selected tab, it closes the currently open tab.

Expected result:

Close the selected tab.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

1.83.109

Same problem, the close tab in context menu closes the currently open tab instead
