Right click close tab closes currently open tab erroneously

Description of the issue: Right click close tab closes currently open tab instead of closing the tab right clicked on
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Have multiple tabs open

  2. Right click and attempt to close a tab other than the tab you are currently on

Actual result: Currently open tab closes

Expected result: Right clicked tab closes

Brave Version: v1.83.109
