For me the only file that needed to be added was
407962ce3d4220f.customDestinations-ms
inside
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations

That worked for me too, but the path for 407962ce3d4220f.customDestinations-ms is unfortunately wrong given.

Here’s the correct path: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\CustomDestinations
