Brave doesn't save the last website I went to

Description of the issue: What happened to me: I googled mollusk, look around a bit and then, I search for snail, look around a bit and close the app. When I open the app to look at snail again, the tab is on mollusk instead of snail. This happened when I used another tab.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to any website/Search anything on Google

  2. Change website

  3. Close the app

  4. Open the app again

Expected result: Save the latest website I went to

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.90.121

Mobile Device details: Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G, Xiaomi HyperOS 2.0.12.0, Android 14

Additional Information: I don’t have this issue with the Windows app thankfully.

It’s already on “Never”, unfortunately

I turned off “Pause app activity if unused” on Brave’s app settings and it seems like the issue is resolved for now. Hope this helps to people with other issue.
