Description of the issue: On iPadOS, after importing bookmarks.html they have been stored in a folder that is not recognized as “favorites” by Brave. Because of this, the favorites are not able to be displayed on the “new tab” page. I have tried importing from Safari and Firefox with the same result. Also, there is no way move an entire collection of imported bookmarks via the bookmark manager in Brave in order to fix this. (edit - On the iphone it can’t even import the bookmarks.html. It is greyed out).
How can this issue be reproduced?

Expected result: After importing bookmarks, they should show in Brave as favorites on the new tab page (when this option is active)
