Are rewards different between devices or can you sync them all together somehow?

Every device has different rewards wallet.
so they have different ads count
you can see the difference here: brave://rewards-internals/
(look for wallet payment id)
but you can sync “the paid balance” (not the pending) by linking a custodial/external wallet like uphold or gemini.
