When slow scrolling on Youtube.com (Android), whenever YT loads an ad banner (Such as Explore More Options) it begins a loop where it loads videos without stopping. You have to touch the screen to scroll and stop the loop.

begin scrolling slowly. Youtube loads videos as you scroll. When it loads the ad banner it will often go into a loop loading videos until you stop it
This behavior occurs regardless whether shield is active or disabled
Confirmed this does not happen on Chrome browser

When you land on Youtube.com, if you start scrolling down the v… ideo feed too quickly before the first videos are fully loaded (it seems), the page begins to auto-scroll to the bottom of the page on its own very quickly and will continue to do this infinitely until you interact with the screen again
## Steps to reproduce
1. Visit youtube.com
2. As the page loads, begin scrolling until you hit the bottom of the page (which typically triggers the page to start loading additional content)
3. Observe the site go crazy and begin to infinitely "scroll and load"

I have a screen recording but too large to upload.
Was just reading your post. Looks like the same issue. What I noticed was it only happened when YouTube loaded their banners while I was scrolling.
