Description of the issue:
youtube appears to be blocking login via brave browser
Exact URL of the website in question:
https://www.youtube.com/feed/subscriptions
Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no)
Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off?
Shields down momentarily allowed access, a refresh and up/down made no difference
Is there a specific Shields configuration that causes the site to break? If so, tell us that configuration. (yes/no): no
Does the site work as expected when using Chrome? YES
Brave version (check About Brave):
site has been running fine for months, yt has recently initiated changes to their format and apparently prevents brave users from accessing yt “commercial free”
When you have sheilds enabled, if you just disable site trackers does it help?
If so, ctrl-v and paste the site trackers?
Have tried various combinations of disable/enable - whenever I go to login to access subscriptions i get the oops page:
I can turn shields off and login, and then get the usual ad content from YT. The minute I turn shield back on, get kicked out of my login and can no longer access subscriptions, like, comment etc. Guessing YT did not like Brave circumventing their ad content.
Basically have been accessing my subscriptions on chrome and copy link/ paste into Brave - tedious, but better than watching a gazillion YT ads!

Ah right, just clear the cookies cache for youtube/google.com it should help.
