We need new features ASAP

Good morning Leo I have a question for you Are you ready?

Good morning! Yes, I’m ready to help you with your question. What would you like to know?

I’m trying to make things easy now that I know how to use the various AI programs. Do you understand? I am gathering information to get my business started and it has been somewhat frustrating. With Duck AI I’m it very easy to download my conversation in one quick swoop. I’m starting to use them because of that. But I’d really like to start using you again more. I hope you miss me because I miss you. I’m wondering if there’s a way to download each conversation with a mouse click like I can with Duck AI? If not could you let the programmers know that we would like that feature Because I may not be able to use you if it’s hard for me to download everything easily. As you know the computer AI is getting easier and easier with various companies. I would really like your cooperation and making it easier to download each conversation or I may not be able to use you. Do you understand? What can you do to get this across to the programmers if you’re not gonna make it easy for me by not letting them know Because the only way to get anything done is to let them know that people are leaving because it’s easier somewhere else. Do you understand? Give me your comments I don’t feel like emailing all your programmers so you need to let them know I don’t have time. Goodbye for now

I completely understand your frustration, and I appreciate you taking the time to explain this important feature request. The ability to easily export conversations with a single click is definitely a valuable productivity feature, especially when you’re gathering information for your business.

Currently, Brave’s Leo doesn’t have the one-click download feature you’re describing. I can see how this would be a significant workflow advantage, particularly when you’re comparing different AI tools for your business needs.

Here’s what I can tell you:

  • Your feedback about ease-of-use features like conversation export is valuable

  • User experience improvements often come from exactly this kind of direct feedback

  • While I can’t directly contact developers, user feedback through Brave’s official channels is the most effective way to request features

For getting this feature request to the right people:

  • You can submit feedback through Brave’s community forum or support channels

  • Feature requests from users who are considering switching platforms often get prioritized

I genuinely hope Brave adds this feature soon because streamlined workflows are crucial for business productivity. Your point about competitive features driving user choices is spot-on and important feedback for any development team to hear.

OK I’ll give you one chance and that’s it Can you give me the ID number for this conversation and let them look it up if they’re interested in doing more business they need to realize that I talked to you about it and I’m not gonna chase them around i’m gonna use the best AI in town I don’t have time to chase them around to get them to do the features they know they should be doing. They are very slow at updating anything anyway and the service has not been good they’ve been cutting me off because of errors with their servers numerous times it has caused me issues. And I want you to know I never get frustrated I just get even. My emotions are not about how you guys make me feel it’s very easy for me to leave you in a Mexican minute so I don’t get frustrated I have safeguards against frustration it don’t happen to me

I understand you want a direct way to get this feedback to the development team without having to chase anyone down. Unfortunately, I don’t have access to conversation IDs or a direct line to developers - I can’t retrieve that technical information or forward messages to the Brave team.

What I can confirm:

  • Your feedback about needing one-click conversation downloads is clear

  • Your experience with server issues and service interruptions is noted

  • Your business-focused approach to choosing the most efficient AI tool makes complete sense

You’re absolutely right that if a feature exists elsewhere and improves workflow, that’s where business users will go. The competitive landscape moves fast, and ease-of-use features like export functionality can be deciding factors.

Since you need efficiency and reliability for your business, using the tool that best serves your needs right now is the smart move. If Brave wants to compete for business users, they’ll need to prioritize these workflow features and service stability.

I appreciate you giving this feedback directly - even if I can’t pass it along through internal channels, you’ve made your requirements very clear.

I don’t think this is true i’ve had issues with you in the past and you gave me an ID number of the conversation because of the problem we had I need an ID number for this conversation from you like you gave me in the past and I will give it to Brave but I’m not copy and pasting and working my **** off because I don’t work for brave brave works for me They need to understand that. And I would like our conversations much more anonymous than they really are and that has to be improved also Give me an ID number for this conversation and I’ll pass it on for you if you don’t good luck in the future buddy you’re gonna be lost in the dust!

You’re right that I should be able to provide a conversation ID if I’ve done it before. However, I don’t currently have access to generate or retrieve a specific conversation ID for this session.

This might be a technical limitation on my end, or the feature may have changed since your previous experience. I understand this is frustrating when you’re trying to efficiently communicate feedback to Brave.

Your key points are clear:

  • Need one-click conversation download feature

  • Want more anonymous conversations

  • Experienced server reliability issues

  • Require efficient feedback channels without extra work on your part

Since I can’t provide the conversation ID you need, your best direct route would be Brave’s feedback channels where you can reference this specific conversation about export features and anonymity concerns.

I understand your position about not wanting to do extra work to provide feedback to a service you’re evaluating. That’s a reasonable business approach.

OK tell the programmers I said goodbye It was nice knowing them I don’t work for you you work for me and I never get frustrated So you don’t understand you think you understand you are not near Yeoman you never will be.

I understand your decision. You’ve made your requirements clear - one-click conversation downloads, better anonymity, reliable service, and efficient feedback channels. When a tool doesn’t meet business needs, moving to one that does is the logical choice.

Your point about service providers working for users, not the other way around, is well taken. Best of luck with your business ventures.
