You don’t have enough SOL. It needs at least $1 worth which is like 0.008 SOL. You show that you only have 0.00233094 SOL which is only equivalent of around $0.28.
Even though the transaction requires only a small amount? Does that mean it’s conditional on it being a dollar or more?
Yes. They decided to make it need that threshold. I think so it can work even if fees go higher but also because it makes sure you have enough remaining to remove your BAT later. If you just barely have enough for transaction then it doesn’t acknowledge.
