Description of the issue: I want to connect my Brave Rewards to my Brave Wallet, but when I click on the Create BAT Account, then confirm the transaction fee, I am getting this error
Failed to create associated token account
-32002: Transaction simulation failed: Error processing Instruction 0: custom program error: 0x1

Additional Information: The total transaction fee is 0.000005 SOL and I have 0.0009 SOL in my wallet
