How can this issue be reproduced?

Open a YouTube video

Open another window with a live stream, or site that continuously has live data (Robinhood, twitch, YouTube etc.)
Expected result: To play multiple videos at once / Have multiple windows open at once with live streams or stock brokerages.

This has been happening for ages, i do not want to switch browsers AGAIN but ive gotten no help for this and this forum doesnt seem to be helpful. Multiple others have this issue according to the forums.
Hardware acceleration was turned off and did not help. Clearing cookies did not help.
