Description of the issue:After update to Brave 1.88.138 (Official Build) (64-bit) Brave had lost all settings, all site settings, all passwords and sync had stopped.
**Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1.Update from prior version of brave to **Brave 1.88.138 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
1- Would be for the upgrade not to wipe out any settings and passwords.

Reproduces how often: Unknown I repaired it with SYNC from my phone and do not wish to go through that again.
