Some google sites keep logging me out after a while

I’m currently on Brave 1.82.166 (Official Build) (64-bit) Chromium: 140.0.7339.133 and Windows 11 24H2 (Build 26100.6584).

I’ve been recently having a very annoying issue with some Google sites which keep logging me off after a while and force me to log back in. Bear in mind that this happens even while I’m using the browser; I don’t have to close it. I could be writing an email or filling up a spreadsheet in Sheets and suddenly I get logged off.

I’ve noticed this problem in:

  • Gmail.
  • Google Calendar.
  • Google Drive & Google Docks.
  • Google Keep

But it did not happen in Youtube or any non-google sites (Reddit, WhatsApp, this forum, etc).

Things I’ve tried that didn’t work:

  • Enabling ALL cookies on those google sites.
  • Disabling Shields on those sites.
  • Disabling ALL my extensions.
  • Creating a new profile.
  • Resetting Brave.
  • Reinstalling Brave.

I’ve been using Brave for nearly a year or more and I never had this issue before.

I do not have this issue in Chrome, Comet and Firefox.

I really want to keep using this browser but this problem is extremely annoying and I’m out of ideas.

PS: I also use Brave in my laptop and it just updated to the same version. I will keep it on for a while and report back if I experience the same issue there.

Just an update: my laptop has the same Brave version and the same configuration but I’m not being logged out from Gmail, Drive, etc. I really don’t understand what the hell is going on…
