Sign in being deleted

I been having this problem for some time now, evertime I close brave this message appear and all my sign in will be deleted how do I fix this ?

Might be an extensions problem:

Extensions Tests:
  • test by disabling all extensions
  • test by enabling each extension individually
  • test by uninstalling all extensions
  • test by installing each extension individually
  • test combinations of extensions
  • test order of installation of extensions

One or more cookies might be stale or a problem, so:

Clearing cache, cookies, and history:
  • Clear cache, cookies, history - for Time range > All time, using Basic tab at brave://settings/clearBrowserData
  • Exit / Quit everything
  • Restart the computer

Thereafter, you might avoid the clearing of cookies, so cookies and login state have a better chance to persist:

  1. In a Brave Browser New Window, go to: brave://settings/clearBrowserData and select the On exit tab; then, Disable: Cookies and other site data
  2. In a Brave Browser New Window, go to: brave://settings/shields and Disable: Forget me when I close this site
  3. In any login / sign-on webpage window or webpage pop-up where/when you encounter a “Remember me …” control checkbox / switch, do not enable that. Because, that selection is NOT reliable; it depends upon parts, for example: persistent cookies, session restoration tokens, and device fingerprinting ← one or more of which, actually might not persist → fingerprinting for example, or because of changes by webserver(s), or because of other interference by: extensions, or some overriding Group Policy.
Tips regarding Brave Shields:

I have more success, with:

  • Brave Shields UP, but . . .
  • Either Allow All Cookies or Block 3rd Party Cookies, but NOT Blocking All Cookies
  • Allowing JavaScripts from specific sources, but NOT Allowing All JavaScripts
  • Trackers & Ads treatment: Aggressive (at first), and then incrementally relaxing that setting
  • Fingerprinting (aka footprinting) blocking: Strict (at first), and then incrementally relaxing that setting

I almost NEVER use:

  • All of Brave Shields UP
  • All of Brave Shields DOWN
